Jenna Dalton M.Ed & M.S

Professional Counselor Associate & Coach

My mission is to offer healing, ignite hope, initiate clarity, foster growth, and facilitate transformation for those seeking mental health support.

I grew up in a unique, rural spiritual community, where I was introduced to sustainable homesteading and meditation from birth. This early foundation allowed me to cultivate a balance between the practicality of living with the land and the soulfulness of pursuing personal growth.

My family moved to Portland, Oregon, where I attended high school, and I excelled in music, theatre, and writing. I also began grappling with disordered eating, anxiety, and body dysmorphia. In early adulthood, my journey of exploration led me across the country, into my Self, and around the world, ultimately guiding me to a fulfilling career as an educator, mother, and mental health provider.  Through the guidance of skilled teachers, counselors, and healers, as well as the transformative power of meditation and retreats, I found the strength to overcome anxiety, depression, and disordered eating. I take joy in sharing the blessings and wisdom gleaned from my own journey, as well as the evidence-based counseling techniques I have studied and practiced.

Together, we can navigate life’s challenges and uncover the path to your true potential.

Let’s embark on this journey towards healing and empowerment.
