In my counseling practice, I embrace Carl Rogers' client-centered therapy, which enables me to create a supportive and empathetic environment for my clients. This foundation gives me the flexibility to integrate various therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), art therapy, and traditional talk therapy tailored to meet your unique learning style and needs.
